We listen to you and communicate closely throughout the claim’s resolution. This process helps you experience more control and less uncertainty. And we respect your important identity as a doctor throughout every phase.

Report a Claim

Please call us as soon as possible at 833-492-0118 or email us at DentistCareClaims@ProAssurance.com when:

  • You experience an incident you think could lead to a lawsuit (e.g., an adverse event during the treatment of a patient or an encounter with a patient or family member in which they express displeasure)

  • You become aware of a potential claim or receive a notice of intent or notice of suit for which your DentistCare policy may apply

  • Any insured on your policy receives a request for a meeting and/or deposition from an attorney
